Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for my time, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% service charge
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service
- Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session to avoid delaying the next appointment, and the full service fee will still apply
I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. If this happens, please reach out as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate.
